Understanding our Spiritual Self

Our Spiritual Self is the recognition of our essential nature as the non-dual Oneness

in all that exists within each of the temporary individualized selves.

When this recognition comes to light suffering and the belief of a separate self ends.

The division between the belief there is a me-you, us-them, right-wrong, good-bad, etc.,

begins to dissolves and the physical world reveals itself as it truly is.

The awareness of our true nature awakens the wholeness of life as a

Knowing that exists beyond the thinking mind. When brought to the forefront,

our true self experiences this relative world as freedom.

Freedom expresses as trust, contentment, ease, Love without conditions

and most of all Happiness.

What We Discover

If you are asking these questions:

~ How can I Love in times of conflict?

~ Be at Peace in times of sorrow?

~ Let Go of conditioned beliefs and perceptions?

~ Accept what I cannot control?

~ Live in the Present Moment?

~ Love myself?

~ How can I truly be Happy?

Our work together discovers how life long patterns become beliefs

and form habitual behaviors that teach us who we are not

rather than who we truly are. We become aware of the movement of mind

which ultimately creates confusion, fear, attachment, resistance, etc.

These unfortunately are the dominant forces that create our reality.

Our work together discovers the stillness within

and its accessibility no matter how critical the life situation.

It helps to connect with a quiet knowing

that guides and reveals our direction and purpose in this life.

It reminds us that living in the present, accepting the moment as

it is without wanting it to be different, is freedom from suffering.
